The Confetti Cake

I bet you didn't think cakes could get any better but this confetti cake will change your minds. 

VANILLA CONFETTI CAKE

3 egg whites

3/4c milk

2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 3/4c cake flour

1 3/4c sugar

1 Tbsp & 1tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp salt

3/4c unsalted butter

3/4c sprinkles

 

Beat egg whites, 1/4c milk and vanilla

Mix dry ingredients, remaining milk and butter

Begin to add egg mixture in numerous batches

Fold in sprinkles (don't use nonpareils since they are white sprinkles died with food coloring when you add them to your mixture they will bleed instead of creating the confetti look)

Bake at 350F until golden brown
